Awful / definitely a re-read He's the mean, nasty, needs-punch-to-throat arrogant a@@hat boss to the sometimes doormat heroine Cleo/Chloe whatever he decides to call her. She kinda gets what she deserves after the first encounter. Srsly, take a lesson learned.., but, nooo, she goes back for more, that's why the book continues, right? So much drama.. angst.. tears (from me) ☆☆☆☆ Pregnancy, he fires her. How do they ever end up with a HEA? The grovel at the end. Until that point, ugh. Plod on, it seems like a DNF, but plod on. *note to self: do not re-read ** I would read again
